Project detail:
"Phosphoacetylation of histone H3 and its functional relevance in gastro-intestinal cancer" we are trying to identify genomic distribution of H3 phosphoacetylation mark. We would also be investigating specific histone modifiers in a cell cycle specific manner which establishes these marks with precise functional relevance.
